| • | If you are looking for classical cross-country vehicles, we are the right partner for you. It makes no difference whether you want vehicles or vehicle parts. We are a one-stop shop. |
| • | We set great store by individual customer service. We have no interest in walk-in customers, and we have decided to do without public showrooms. However, you can contact us by phone any day of the week between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. You can also arrange to come and see us if you require individual advice or would like to have a look at our vehicles or vehicle parts. |
| • | Before coming to inspect our vehicles you will receive full information about the car you want to buy; and if you want to check our accessories we will supply exhaustive information about the articles you are interested in. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. There is no red tape, and the information we provide is always reliable. |
| • | We ensure that our customers are spared unpleasant surprises. As a result, our customers almost invariably conclude a transaction when they come to have a look at our vehicles or accessories. |
| • | If you would like to inspect our vehicles, we will be happy to pick you up at the Münster/Osnabrück international airport, the central railway station in Münster, or the hotel where you are staying in or near Münster. We can also help you to obtain documents for exportation or export registration numbers. On appointment we accompany our clients to the motor vehicle registration office in Münster.  |
